The front draft picks belong to the 14 teams did not enter the playoffs in the last season, and these teams will participate in a lottery to determine each team’s draft order, usually the worst teams in the last season have more chance to pick the better draft picks, the next 16 orders are for those teams entered into the playoffs last season, their draw orders are set based on their regular season’s record, worse teams among these 16 could get more front draft pick order, so the team of best regular season record has the last pick order in the list.The order of draft pick of the second round is same as the first round.
